Meet the Firm


DavidDavid Easterling. Practicing since 1977, David focuses on civil litigation, and probate and estate planning, including elder law, estate administration, real estate transactions, and guardianships. David is a member of the Houston Bar Association, American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, and College of the State Bar of Texas.

 


Danny Danny Easterling. Practicing since 1980, Danny is a board certified criminal law attorney who represents all criminal defense clients, from misdemeanors to serious felonies. Danny is a member of Houston Bar Association, American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, National Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and College of the State Bar of Texas. He was named a “Super Lawyer” in the category of criminal defense by Texas Monthly Magazine in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007, and Lawyer of the Year in 2003 by the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association.
